This agreement is a legal contract between you and Xiaoha VPN (the 'Service Provider') regarding downloading, installing, accessing, and using the App and related connectivity services.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this agreement. You may not copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, translate, or create derivative versions of the App without authorization. Intellectual property rights in the App, related marks, interfaces, documentation, and services belong to the Service Provider or lawful rights holders. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features, routes, or fees and will notify users through appropriate channels. Users are responsible for device, account, and password security; jailbreaking, rooting, or installing unknown components may create security risks or affect normal app operation.

This Service integrates some necessary third-party services (such as Google Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, etc.). During use, you are simultaneously bound by the respective terms of service of these partners.

Service limitations: The App depends on stable Wi-Fi, mobile data, or wired networks. The Service Provider is not responsible when service is unavailable because of device arrears, weak signal, system restrictions, carrier policies, or local network conditions. Carrier data charges may apply outside Wi-Fi or during roaming. Before use, confirm that you have permission from the bill payer and understand relevant costs.

Users are responsible for their own use of the service. Interruptions caused by device battery depletion, system errors, third-party platform policy changes, or force majeure are not covered by compensation. We work to maintain accurate route information, client versions, and security settings, but some information may come from third-party partners. To protect compatibility and security, the App may release updates from time to time, and you agree to install the latest version when necessary. The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend, adjust, or terminate service within a reasonable scope.

Unauthorized Use: No refunds will be provided if software license keys or digital product access are found to have been shared, resold, or used without authorization.
