We process necessary data to provide stable and secure connectivity and follow a data-minimization approach.

When you download, install, or launch the App, we may collect necessary operational data, including Internet Protocol (IP) address, device model, operating system version, app version, connection status, error logs, and session duration. This information is used for: 1. Route recommendation: using Xiaoha VPN route status and approximate region to suggest a suitable connection; 2. Performance improvement: analyzing anonymized aggregate data to improve stability; 3. Service communication: sending security notices, service changes, or account-related reminders through your registered email or account when needed.

We share anonymized or aggregated information only with necessary service providers, such as Google Play Services and Firebase crash analysis, for app distribution, troubleshooting, and feature improvement. Except for legal procedures, regulatory requirements, protection of users and platform security, or cooperation with service providers bound by confidentiality obligations, we do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. To stop new operational data collection, uninstall the App through your device’s standard process.

User-provided data is retained during the service term and for a reasonable period afterward. If you need to close your account or delete your profile, contact our privacy team at [email protected]. The App is not directed to children under 13; if we discover mistakenly collected child data, we will delete it as soon as practical. Guardians may contact us through the same email. We use physical, electronic, and administrative safeguards, but no internet service can be guaranteed completely risk-free.
